Estrisec (Pty) Ltd renders professional services in the discipline of Professional Construction Services and Management Services. The head office is based in Midrand (Gauteng Province) and we further have a regional office in Tzaneen (Limpopo Province), Rustenburg (North West Province) and Nelspruit (Mpumalanga Province).
Since establishment in 2010 we’ve worked towards tangible growth. The directors are qualified, registered and experienced construction professionals and entrepreneurs who have worked with in different fields such as the construction and finance industries gaining experience from reputable construction and consulting firms and government departments.
Estrisec (Pty) Ltd plans to develop into the leading and competitive service provider in Africa; this will always be provided with the best and most efficient facilities, processes, and people. To achieve this, our company will invest in a way that will pay off in competitive advantages for its customers.
The company’s overall strategy is based on continuous improvement process of setting objectives, measuring result, and providing feedback to facilitate further growth and progress. The company plans to rapidly develop marketing alliance with industry leaders. The overall marketing plan for Estrisec (Pty) Ltd services is based on the segmentation of the market planned to reach, distribution channels planned to reach the market segments, share of the market expected to capture over fixed period of time. Estrisec (Pty) Ltd is committed to an extensive promotional campaign. This will be done aggressively and on broad scale. To accomplish this, the company will implement an effective promotional campaign that will attract a quality workforce that has a desire to be successful.
